I want to backup a dvd of mine to svcd. Its a comedy dvd with two feature length series of skitz. Volume one, the first feature is located in title one on the dvd, and Volume two is located in title two. I've experienced several problems. First is that on the computer I cannot even play Volume Two in any dvd player software, yet the disk works perfectly in a standalone player. Also I cannot rip Volume Two at all. Smart Ripper crashes when it looks at the disk at startup, it says the disk is not authenticated even though it is. DVD Decrypter cannot do it at. And DVD2SVCD only regonises Title One (Volume One). And If i manually try to open Title Two in DVD2SVCD for ripping it crashes too. Nothing seems to work. Why does this happen? Why cant I even play it? Is there any way to fix this? Why does it work in a standalone player but not in a DVDROM? Any ideas?

To be honest it sounds like a strange disc to me. Either that, or some sort of weird encryption never before seen!! Nah...Doubt its that. lol

Can you play it in any piece of software on yuor computer?

No software will play volume two (title two) of the disk. I checked with the second disk which has the exact same set up and it works perfectly on the computer. But yet still the first disk can play in a stand alone player and not the computer. Very frustraiting.
