I have a Slim PS2, an external USB HDD, SWAPMAGIC 3.6, USB Extreme, USB Advance Global War Edition, and have done all the required steps to boot PS2 games from my HDD (I formatted the HDD with USB Extreme, ripped the games onto the HDD, put USB Advance as SWAPMAGIC.ELF in the folder SWAPMAGIC, and booted up using SWAPMAGIC 3.6). All the games I have tried work perfectly except for FMV or full motion videos. It seems the HDD can't keep up and the vids skip. (I tried it on Final Fantasy X.) Does anybody know how to get around this or how to resolve this issue?
because ps2 uses either USB 1.1 or slow 2.0 game fmv's are mostly not goin to work properly, infact lots of games wont work at all from USB. If you want fast speeds you would need to solder an IDE cord to the motherboard on your PS2. Lookup HDConnect.

Not really, here's a link to HDConnect but believe me, if you're new to the world of soldering don't even attempt this and send it to an installer:

Oh by the way Andrew691, actually 2.0 is the high speed usb mode, you're thinking of either 1.0 or 1.1, both of which are slow as hell if you're lookin' to boot games.
