deplumber,
Please read ALL of the instructions below before you start.See the "Note:If nothing happens." below.
Quote: Nokia 1600b Provider was CABLE & WIRELESS BMOBILE
IMEI# 010733005600824
Did you check with IMEI: *#06# ,Firmware Version: *#0000# .
Is this correct?
If you know the risks, try this ONCE and ONLY ONCE and let us know if it works. You have only 3 to 5 tries and then it will be hard locked. After that you will need a cable thing-a-me-jiggy to unlock it. It will still work on your Network so no big loss.

Remove sim first, power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p) \
Press * 4 times fast for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times fast for (+) /
and the rest of the code---
IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.
Pay attention. You only heve about two seconds.
Note:If nothing happens. Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim, you will see "phone restricted", press UNDO option and enter the code in the restriction box and press ENTER.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code.STOP tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked. Used up all your free tries!!
DO let us know if this works.
Help us provide a better service.

deplumber,
OK, It unusual for this phone but did you see the note about if notning happens?
Put in a sim from some other Network and turn the phone on.
If you see "Phone restricted and an UNDO option, DO it.
Let me know what happens.
In any event bro, that phone will not work on TSTT.
It is a 850/1900MHZ phone and TSTT is 900/1800MHZ.
You will have to try Digicel.
That does not mean it is unlocked.
Let me know,
Joe

Cingular in Antigua should work with your TSTT phone.
