Hey all
I received a brand new Canon ZR200 digital video camcorder (mini DV) as a CHRISTMAS GIFT from my family.

I LOVE gifts but this camera has never worked properly due to horrible vertical grey lines throughout the ENTIRE picture when I try to playback.

Yes I tried the video cleaner! Hasn't Worked! Can you suggest anything to do or try?
