i copied the movie RV ok but when i went to play it it runs ok except while wathcing it it appears that there is someone is using a pen and drawing circle and drawings on the picture then the disappear and later it happens again.
it is like they know what they are drawing over such as a cartoon
any idea.
no other problems with movie just these weird drawings

I believe those drawings are special features.
if i understood u correctly u are seeing them while watching the movie?
what prog. did u use to make the backup?

try ripping the movie to your hardrive using AnyDVD, right click tray icon for rip option, use shrink to make to size, burn with your burning software, or can use imgburn
