when i turn on the xbox i get error 16... when i put a game in and turn it on i get error 05 can this be fixed????? yes my harddrive is unlocked

I had that problem yesterday. I turns out that my mod chip was misaligned. After realigning it, everyting worked.

i have the same problem right now. but i dont think it's the alignment, most of the time i just turn it off and on and again and it works. this happens only after i upgraded my evox blue bios to X2 multi version bios. i think sometimes the bios kick in and sometimes it doesn't.
