M$ will be releasing this program(in fall reportedly) for coders interested in designing their own games and distrubeted through live, there will be alot of restrictions such as licensing and appropriate-ness, and the software runs you $99 annually, so besides the cost i'm wondering.


Could this be their own downfall at allowing someone to create homebrew emulators or otherwise for the 360? after all this product XNA Game Studio Express is specifically designed for the 360.....

Yes this could be something good for the homebrew and running unsigned code scene hopefully they did mess up and leave a hole for somebody to find....
