i just tryed to flash my 360 and i got the message couldnt read the area my samsung has the ws25 fw on it any help would be good

well i got 3 choises
1 ide sec master
2 ide sec prime
3 via6241 sec master
i clicked on number 3 and i tryed to read my drive but had no look and said unable to read and sent me back the the menu but it was the only 2 the 2 ides i looked at a program last night and it told me my chip set wasnt the sata card it was my motherbords chip set as i got an atholon 64 and the hd is sata

if i were you id disconnect everything of your computer except your xbox on the sata 1 and the floppy.....to avoid confusion you know?
thats what i did...dont wanna f up anything...do it right the first time...i suggest you do that...jut take the ide's out of everything

Or at least put the 360/via6241 as the 1 ide sec master or 2 ide sec prime. Also, you must not power up the 360 until the mtkflash prompt calls for the a: drive.

well im geting a hold of a good old comp with no sata connection so ill install me sata on that 1 and all i need then is if some i could theye be able to edit mtkflash for me

so i take my hd out and my smark card and my roms but leave my sata conected and after i have typed the mtkflash r/m orig.bin i hit enter and turn on my 36o or do i turn it on b4 i hit enter
