failed to decrypt title key in DVD Decrypter

I'm using DVD decrypter 3.1.6.0 and when I'm trying to make a back up from my DVD movie with dvd decrypter the program says "failed to decrypt title key".. Is there any way around this? I have tried other programs like smart ripper and robot4rip but they also report the same kind of error.

Have you installed and are running ASPI properly? If not details of this can be found here:

Try using DVD Shrink v2.3 as this is amazing.

I installed ASPI but it didn't help.

When DVD Shrink is analyzing the DVD it says "DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue this operation. Unhandled exeption OnIdleFile. The reason in unknown"

In DVD Decrypter did you have 'ignore read errors' turned on in the preferences/options ??
