Does anyone know how I can do this?

Any suggestions would be fantastic.

I assume you want to burn a copy of a EMI Copy Controlled CD (and getting rid of the protection wouldn't be a problem).

This thread will help probably.

In short:
- If you have the wrong drive there's no chance
- use Exact Audio Copy for extracting audio to .wav files, a tutorial is here: http://www.cd-rw.org/articles/archive/mydeneaclame.cfm
Instead of extracting to mp3s extract to .wav files or to image + cue (uncompressed)
- If the CD isn't recognized properly use "Detect TOC manually" feature and/or insert the CD a while before starting EAC.
- For burning you can use EAC too or Nero (can handle image + CUE sheet AFAIK).
