i have tryed to flash my 360 with my sata card but every time it says carnt read and i get 3 things to chose from
1 ide sec master
2 ide sec prim
3 via 6421 master

i click on the via 1 and it says carnt read it so i went to look in my bios again and it hasnt installed its self in the bios so i noticed my hd is a sata conection and athat means my mother board is as well so i look deeper and found out the chip set and its not reading from my new sata card so i was thinking in opening up my old pc and intastalling the sata card and doing a new install with xp on it to see if that works as i got a cd with my sata card and its got loads of drivers and its allso got a part were i have to do a new install and files to put on a floppy to install to my bios so if any 1 could give me any advice on how to go about this as its really buging me now as i have my hd full of games and carnt play them lol should of waited realy to flash thend ownload them but would apriciat the help on this to solve it

try unplugging your other cd/dvd drives and powering up 360 after dos is up
