A friend of mine gave me DVD Shrink 3.2. On his machine, his movie file is saved in a ISO file. How can this setting be changed?

When you choose BACKUP, you will se that option.

When you click the backup tab,it'll open up to the target device tab. Click the V for Select Backup Target-which is the top line. When you click the V,you'll have options to to:

1)Burn with Nero with your burner drive listed-if you have nero: Checkmark-select this if you want to autoburn with Nero.This is the red squiggly circle in my pic. Click on the V in that line for your options.

2) Below that:Create ISO,which I never used-and sounds like what you are looking for. Select this-it's circled in green on my pic.

3)Create DVD files: I also haven't messed with them.

You'll want to click on Create ISO.

Here's how mine's set:



I autoburn with Nero,so I select my burner as the target device.

Thank you both for the replies. Must have another problem.
Following saugmon help, the ONLY backup target is the hard drive.
He does not have Nero. When you click the Target Device on his machine, the ONLY choice is the Hard Drive. In the Select Folder
it shows ISO Image File.
I used the Control Panel to delete DVD Shrink and then re-installed it. Same problem. His computer is HP.
Maybe I should have gone into the Regedit and checked to see what files remainded from the first download of DVD Shrink.
Any ideas?
