Okay i just posted an important thread about getting on XBL with softmods and i think it would be important to sticky it because ive seen the topic in about 10 different threads. Most of all the whole forums is about softmodding, why not have a stickied post teleling how to get on the xboxlive service with your mods. Most people ive asked and talked to in these forums keep on asking the same question.
So thanks in advance if you are going to sticky it, if not people are goinhg to keep on filling up your forums with the same question all the time. " How do i get on XBL with softmods". Trust me, ive read the forums. Here is the link:
If you think it's worth being stickied, send me a PM or post inside that forum telling me that it has been stickied! Personally, if it was stickied all people would have to do is look at the top of the forms and there is the answer!
live2mod isnt your sig over the forum rules, im not moaning or anything but its just taking up a lot of room especially if your yapping alot lol, maybe just narrow it down a bit. thanks.

@live2mod: Requesting stickies isn't the way to go about it...It's not polite and sticky'ing is down to the mods discretion not yours...
I realise that this topic comes up lots and feel sympathetic in a way but new members of AD dont search or read stickies it seems to me - hence your dismay at over 10 threads etc...
No affence but allthough your post contains gd info it's not that sticky worthy tbh.
If you feel that strongly Pm a mod - don't start a thread ;)

These rules exist to make viewing the forum as pleasant as possible to all users. Even though you might think signatures with large pictures look cool, some might find them extremely annoying.
1. Text-only signatures should have at most 5 lines of text.
2. An image-only signature should be less than 50kb in size, and be at most 500 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall.
3. If you use an animated picture in the signature, it should not be too distractive. Eg. blinking images or images with quick movement are not allowed.
4. If you want to use both text and image in your signature the image should not be more than 500 pixels wide and 100 pixels tall, and you can use up to three lines of text.
5. All the abovementioned rules for forum posts apply also to the signatures.
Violation of these rules does not lead to an immediate ban. However if requested user must edit his or her signature to fit these guidelines.
There are a bevy of the same topics that pop up every day and we simply don't have the room to sticky a thread for every one. As FuZ3 pointed out we already have a sticky that covers the topic.
