Trying to burn a movie using AnyDVD latest verison and Dvdshrink When I click on the backup button in shrink, program runs about 30 seconds and I get this error: DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue
Programming Error-exception occured The handle is invalid

I have unistalled DVD Shrink and reinstalled, still getting same error.

This used to show up all the time with Shrink because one of the studios used to put a running boy clip on the dvd that was unreferenced to prevent copying and it messed up things. This may be something else entirely however.

Usually AnyDVD handles this particular troublemaker. Are you positive AnyDVD is running, i.e., on with the red fox head showing in the taskbar?

Are you backing up the main title or the whole disk?

Try ripping the entire disk to your HDD with the AnyDVD ripper or DVD Decrypter instead of Shrink and then use Shrink on the ripped file.

delete files, update AnyDVD or wait until update comes out. Also try FABDecryptor (free).
