You have 2 anti virus programs running.
You got to choose one and uninstall the other.

rescan with HijackThis and place a check beside the following

O3 - Toolbar: Safety Bar - {052b12f7-86fa-4921-8482-26c42316b522} - C:\Program Files\Safety Bar\Safety Bar.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE

make sure all other windows are closed and click fix checked

reboot into safe mode and find and delete this folder

C:\Program Files\Safety Bar <--- folder

You are running HijackThis from a temp folder but it needs a permanent one.
Start - my computer - local disk C
Create a new folder inside there and move your HijackThis.exe in there

post another log

Check this

O15 - Trusted Zone: http://locator.cdn.imageservr.com

If you've just reformatted, your problem can't be spyware related.
I can't see anything wrong with your log.

Try this:

Get CleanCache 3.0 (Google it)
Run it.

Then run Windows' Check Disk with Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors checked.

To run it: Open My Computer, right-click the drive, select Properties, choose the Tools tab, and click the Check Now button under "Error Checking"

Post back with some results.

Got a few more to try, if that didn't help. ;)

Edit: What do you mean Panda is not support Firefox?
