ok i'm very confused.. some guides tell u to burn the image file .. some say burn the mpg's.
i'm using Nero and wondering which files to burn to make compliant vcd's to play in a standalone dvd player.

Should I be burning in vcd format thru Nero? Or should I be burning an image?
