I have been using DVDShrink and Decrypter for a couple years without many problems and recently noticed that alot of newer movies have the CSS protection on them. I was basically just wondering what everyone thought was the easiest way to beat the CSS protection (ie what program(s)) and also which ones were the most user friendly. Thanks for your help.
If you want free and already have DVD Shrink and DVDD, then dl and use this program with it and all your probs will be solved. RipIt4Me integrates with both DVDS and DVDD and will do all the new encrypted movies. Guides and software here.
Mate, the best cd/dvd burning program ive eva seen is Blindwrite 6. It coppies the encryption to a file or to another cd/dvd. It doesnt matter how much encryption there is on a disk as it copys the encryption ova on to the next disk or file. This works the same with games as it does anything else.
I have used Blindwrite 5, not 6, but they are the same principle, and it is a great app for a 1.1 backup such as a DL to DL or a single layer to single layer. However, if your file is too big and needs compression this app will not work.
Best programs or tools to beat CSS and other structure protections?
