HDD Botched Partition problem Help!!!!

If anyone could help me with this I would be forever endebted.

I have a v10 PS2 with DMS4Pro and ToxicOS .41. I Have been trying to get elfs running from my hard drive. I wanted to clear out my Toxic OS ELF Storage folder So I used DMSHDD Format Tool to delete the partition. When I tried to recreate the same 128 MB Partition, the app was on the "Creating Partition" Screen for WAY too long (15 minutes or so). Finally, I assumed it was hanging and had crashed so I reset the system hoping to go in and just clear out the botched partition.

Now when the hard drive is in to PS2, Toxic OS freezes at the Logo Screen On Bootup. I can take the hard drive out and it boots fine, but then I cant put it back in and have The DMS Tool recognize the hard drive

Execftps Will recognize the hard drive if I put it in after ToxOS boots but before loading ExecFTPS, and I can get a look at my hard drive this way, but it wont seem to let me delete anything?

Has anyone run into similar problems? Reformatting the Drive isnt an option because It has my rare imported copy of Res Evil Gun Survivor 2 on it which has since then been chewed up by my girlfriend's puppy.

Put the drive in your PC and use the "repair HD" function of Winhiip. May work, may not. Its worth a shot though.
