If you use the deep analysis feature and rip to your hard drive first, when you go back later to burn the files to a cd using shrink, will the deep analysis still be in the files? or is it only temporary and goes away if you close out of the program?

It stays on your hard drive. The movie file is where the quality enhancements are, it doesnt care if you put the file on a disc or your hard drive.

Your Shrink analysis files are in C:/My Computer/Documents and Settings/All User/Application Data/DVD Shrink. You can delete them if you want to they are no longer needed unless you plan on doing the movie again. That way it does not have to through deep analysis twice. I usually delete mine every week to two weeks, really no need for them.
