JVC XV-S502 Problems Unresolved

I've been through the forums several times looking for info on the fix for this, but nothing has worked. I've burned 10 VCD's using VCD Easy and Nero (4x, 8x speed with each). I used 2 different movies (which I watched in MPEG and AVI, so they're valid), on 5 Memorex CD-Rs and 5 Maxell CD-RWs. My player still displays "no disc" when I load any of the 10 VCDs. Is there something I'm missing? This is too frustrating! Thanks in advance!

In Nero, select the compatability option and check MPEGAV and/or ENTRYSVD. This might solve your problem. Good luck.
