Hey gang, maybe you can help me. I don't know when it started because I usually burn CDs/DVDs in groups, but for the past 2 days I've been trying to burn a CD and I keep getting write errors. It will go all the way to writing the lead-out and then fail. Here's the log file from Nero:

Now here's the weird part - DMA in the log shows that it's turned OFF. If I go to Device Manager->IDE/ATAPI Controllers->Parallel Controller->Primary Channel, it shows it was set to Ultra DMA 2 - Ultra 33. It also has a checkbox to let the BIOS decide. I tried doing the "toggle trick" and set it to manual, PIO, reboot, and then back to Ultra DMA but no luck. Discs are still becoming coasters and the log still shows DMA as off. This is the oddest problem I've ever seen. Anyone have any ideas on this one? Thanks.
