FTP-ing my Xbox and PC

i was wondering why i can't FTP my Xbox to my PC using Evox .. but whenever i use UnleashX, i can FTP both xbox and PC ..

here's the setting that i use on my Xbox
IP Address: 192.168.1.4
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

for my PC, i use this setting:
IP Address: 192.168.1.1
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

am i missing something here?
