dvd rw - HOW DO I GET IT TO WORK!

Hey peeps, i have had a dvd rw drive for about a month now and i still do not no how to get a dvd copy to play in the playstation. Reading your threads i have finally got a picture on the screen ( by only using a recordable dvd) however, i can not get a colour picture, its jerky and in black and white! great going i hear you say :), anyway could some one please give me a little advise, thnaks

p.s) im using Nero 7 to burn

hmmm, it sounds like you're playing games on the ps2 from a different region (usually what you described happens to people playing NTSC games on a PAL ps2/tv). FYI, if your using DVD-/+RW discs they are not read very well by ps2 systems in general but, I doubt that's what your problem is.
