What is the best way to clean DVD players and also
the DVD burner in my computer.

There is a disk you can get that has little brushes on it, for CD and DVD drives. Walmart carries them, Best Buy, etc.

Don't use one of those discs with the brushes, you never want to risk scratching the laser lens. As long as you're putting clean discs into the drive, you shouldn't need to clean it. If you do, just blow it out with the canned air.

And if you know your way around the inside of your tower, you can wipe some things down. If you're not familiar with the guts, just use the compressed air to blow everything out of there.

Compressed air works good.
I have also used the lens cleaner cd on my burners and players w/ no problems. Used it a few times.
You would be suprised what's on the back of a disc and picked up on the lens.
