This is very weird because whenever I go to my dashboard an insert a backup game, it says open tray, instead of reading the game, but when I turn on the xbox 360 with the game already there, it takes me to the game. Is anybody else experiencing this problem???

Open tray usually means a media/burner issue if originals work. What burner and media are you using?
