I have a Benq DW1655 and for some reason no matter what speed i pick it allways stays the same..about 8x i would say. Ive used Nero shrink and clone . Im not to sure how to check what firmware i have and if i need to download another or where to even get the firmware at..any ideas would help. Thanks!

u can use Nero INFO tool to check ur current firmware heres a pic
