Hi , I am a newbie at all this so would apprecitate it greatly if someone could recommend a guide for dummbies (ie me!) on everything to do with downloading, burning etc dvds. I use bitlord and torrents- got that bit sorted! and i have Nero startsmart(?) and winavi video converter. Have tried and managed to succesfully burn one lot of dvd movie but it will only play on a playstation pc,or xbox and not on my dvdplayer ( which will take mp3 not mp4). I havent a clue on things like should i burn it as an AVI? what should i convert movies into to play on my dvd? etc etc and so i could do with a newbie , for idiots like me guide on the terms of things and what to do, so if anyone can help...... please do lol xxxx

If you have Nero then use Nero Vision Express to convert your AVI to Video compliant files that can be played on standalone DVD players, use this guide by alkohol on converting.
