DVD Burn from Downloaded Movie

I recently downloaded a movie (Silent Hill) from a p2p site. It downloaded as a DVDRip.XViD file. It plays great on my computer, but I cannot figure out how to burn it to a DVD. Any suggestions?

download dvdsanta its pretty self explanatory after that, it will convert into dvd format but i dont like the burn engine in that software, so i use Nero instead
