Went to Worst Buy just to see if they might have anything under 90 bucks. Knowing I'd probably still end up ordering from newegg I found they had the Poineer 111D half price! First burn, max speed, no coaster, cool. Life is good.

bhetrick, dont give bogus advice hardly anyone burns at 2x nowadays unless you have a POS system/burner. 8x is normal or 4x at the very least.

2.4x or 4x for DL

@aabbccdd.... And just what do you think the 360 games are burnt on. DVD+R DL'S!!! This is the Xbox 360 forum and the Pioneer 111D is the burner of choice for 360 games. I reply to posts trying to be helpful and you come in here being a jerk. SO IT'S YOU GIVING THE BOGUS ADVICE! WANT TO PULL YOUR FOOT OUT OF YOUR MOUTH NOW!!!

dudes. DVD movie backups 8X is perfectl;y ok, but for 360 games on DL it should be no more than 2.4x or else it will casue too much errors which = dirty disc.
