There are a bunch of threads above telling you how to rip games. It depends on what protection the game uses. There are about 5 different protections out there. Then you need to use a program that can rip that protection.

AMD 4200+ x 2 over clocked to 2.6
BFG Geforce 7800 GT OC 256mb PCI-E
2 GB pc 3200 Corsair Ram

You can make your own game cracks e.g no cd etc using a program called cureROM. Once cureROM is installed run it and tell it where the iso/files are...it scans them and creates a new launcher file. Instead of clicking the usual game icon/launcher you click the cureROM launcher instead and that should launch the game!

I have used it on a few occasions when playing my backups as some games require you to have the original cd to play eg Empire at war, The Movies, Black and White 2.

Please note that the launcher files CureRom creates only work on machines CureRom is installed on as it runs in the background...other then that the only other way to play is to look for miniImages of the game disc...these ussually contain the protection required when the original launcher file does its check to see if your using the original or backup disc.
