6280 is a BB5 phone and cannot be unlocked by anyone but the original service provider.

NOKIA 3120

Only try the code once and once only!!!

Please remember you only get 3-5 attempts before your mobile becomes hardlocked.

If you have already tried different codes before mine your mobile could already be hardlocked.

If it is hardlocked you will get one the following messages Can Not Undo Restriction / Not Allowed

If you mobile is hardlocked the only way to unlock it is by taking/sending it to a professional unlocker.

Please make sure the information you give is correct before typing in the code.

Here is your code: #pw+898981310652334+7#

If the mobile gives no response/no message then do the following: Insert a non accepted sim, press the undo button, a box should appear saying enter restriction code, enter the code given and press ok


Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!

Thank you for code, but unfortunately this code is not working, it was a message cannot undo restriction :( So it means that is hardlock. I tried before to unlock the phone 4 times usung the codes from forum.

Yes, I'm affraid your mobile was already hardlocked before you tried my code, you sometimes only get 3 attempts till the mobile is hardlocked.
