I finally got the tray cover off and got the disc out that was stuck(those who have read my previous threads will know what I mean) and the tray now opens again.
I'm planning on ordering a fliptop so I don't have to deal with the slide card mess again,but until it comes,are there any alternative methods I can use to boot Swap Magic?

Keep the ps2 cover off for the time being, and remove the screws on the dvd drive, whenever you want to swap disks, just lift the drive cover off, then put it back.
