help with faulty gamecube discs no longer spin

my gamecubes discs are no longer spinning when i put them in my gamecube any ideas why
ps it think i may have opened the gamecube

you think you may have opened your gamecube or you think it was because you opened the gamecube. well in anycase, check to see if all the wireing is connected and if all the fuses are working.

also, if you added a mod chip, see if you didnt solder two things together.

or it could be that a chip that controls the disc spinning is broken or the disc spinner is broken itself
