i have instaled the exuter x3 ce mod chip with the soulderless adaptor it works it boots and everything only thing is when i try to put a new bios on it it will not work i am trying to do this by loading it from a cd i get a message saying no bios update found what do i do?

You probably didn't burn it right then. Did you follow the tutorial on Team Xecuter's site for creating a BIOS update CD?
