Is it an original or is it a back-up?
If it's a back-up, it might not have been done properly.

if its a backup, you might have deleted an important file when trying to fit it on a DVD5 ?

Well, you could always try clearing the cache (X, Y, Z partitions).
Just delete everything in X, Y, and Z. That might make it work.
