HELP! Problem with PANASONIC SC-HT1500

Anyhoo....I have a PANASONIC SC-HT1500 Home Theater system (Purchased in May 2005)....don't really use it hooked up to speakers or the subwoofer or any of the other functions....strictly for the DVR capabilities and DVD Burning. Its connected to a COMCAST Cable Box via regular RCA Video Cables on Input 2-3 so it shouldn't be a TV Guide issue.

The unit started all of sudden and did not power on or respond to remote commands. The only signal I have to troubleshoot from is a steady blinking Red Light of the Power Button.

Anyone run into this issue or have a way to reset should this be locked in some kind of SLEEP mode???

Any info greatly appreciated.
