If i`m not touching/moving mouse 5-10 min, while dl-ing (adsl) from Kazaa, dl-ing speed drops from max to just 5 or so 10 kb/s, if i start moving mouse, speed eventualy increases to max..

i would be very thankful for any advice

there is a setting in the kazaa OPTIONS that you can check , it says something like use optimal bandwidth while computer is idle try putting a check in that box
