Is purchased ITunes TV episodes to dvd possible?

I've searched but apparently am not smart enough to figure this out.

I purchased and downloaded a missed tv episode from ITunes and although it plays in the little screen that comes with ITunes, I can't figure out how to get it onto a dvd so the whole family can view it on our tv.

If I can get it to burn onto my Samsung S-164L, I have a couple options. I can burn to DVD-R and play on home dvd player or burn to dvd-ram and then upload onto home dvd recorder's (Panasonic E85)HDD where I can also burn to DVD-R.
