I have Daedalus R8 and a few N64 Roms (Mario Kart 64, Super Smash Bros, Goldeneye, Banjo-Kazooie, Excitebike 64, Mario Golf etc) but none are working properly. Mario Kart and Banjo-Kazooie load but run so slowly that theyre not even worth playing and the others dont even load at all. Most of the Roms are .v64 files although a few are .rom
Can anyone help out with this problem? Ive read comments from people who have N64 roms running fine on their PSPs and I dont understand why mine wont.

There's no solution for this m8.
This is the emulatot itself. The slow speed is normal because the emulator doesnt run at full speed.
All you gotta do is wait for upgrades.

Damn, really wanted to play some N64 games! Was looking forward to playing Zelda coz Ive never played it before. Oh well...
Is Daedalus the best N64 emulator or does anyone know a better one?

You can emulate the n64 with the n64 emulator entitled Daedalus. ROM = the n64 games. Daedalus will never run 64 full speed. There might be a couple games it could run at full speed. The Xbox has twice the power of the psp and then some and it cant run the n64 at full speed.

1.)It doesnt run the games at full speed (they lag and are choppy) on the psp and never will, maybe a couple games will be able to run full speed.
2.)On a modded xbox console you can run an n64 emulator. The xbox has more then twice the power of the psp and it cant run the n64 games at full speed.

You will need Daedalus R8. If you have 1.5 firmware get it from here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/738
Unzip it and copy the 2 folders (Daedalus & Daedalus%) to the \PSP\GAME folder on your mem stick. Inside the Daedalus folder there will be a folder called Roms. Put the Roms you want to play in there and hey presto! you have N64 games on your PSP.. (Its all in the readme file anyway)
PS Get Roms from a torrent site or a P2P.
