Sounds more like your problem is TV region related, ie: you have a game from a region other than your own - PAL game on NTSC PS2/TV or vice versa, in which case you don't need a patch. You need to use a patcher to fix the display signal.
Look for either PAL2NTSC Patcher with Y-Fix, or NTSC2PAL Patcher with Y-Fix, depending on which region you're in, so if you're in a PAL region, then you need the NTSC2PAL one.

if its already patched then just burn it... but also you are using Nero to burn... you have to adjust the settings in Nero to make it go along with the ps2... try burning with Alcohol 120 or DVD Decrypter.

its NTSC2PAL or PAL2NTSC Resalution convertor its nothing to do with Nero or DVD Decrypter what it does is that it converts that screen from PAL to NTSC basicly from europe TV format to USA TV format you want a Ps2 NTSC2PAL or PAL2NTSC Screen Convertor

OMFG! You sure you're not from Mars?
The game you have is PAL, you are in an NTSC region. Patch to NTSC using PAL2NTSC patcher with Y-Fix.
And stop making more topics on the same thing!!!!!
