Everyone in the psp forums know me, I have a sig that no one else does. I have had it all summer. Now my friend seens a ripoff of it. Here
WTF look at mine, i have some text in the background which you can see in both images I clearly made mine first and a MOD at there site wont tell him to take it down. No spam, i made a useless thread in the safety valve.

anything that you make and post online can be taken. unless you get a copyright on the image, you have no legal right to demand he take the image down. you can still get a copyright on this if no one else has, and then you can even sue the website, should they not meet your demands.
but don't request we spam. that's immature and will get nothing done except make you enemies along the way. if you want to have this handled properly and have claim to what's rightfully yours, then everyone needs to handle this as an adult.

ireland, please give me a chance to help sort this out before anything drastic and/or regretable happens. iPirate is just in need of some good advice.

you can be frustrated, that's fine...but you have no right to any action whatsoever until the image is legally yours. and unless you created the skull and crossbones yourself, i'm willing to bet you got it from someone else...and it's probably already copyrighted.

now, c'mon...you're an addict, and you are expected to help uphold a level of maturity and an air of sophistication around here. while apparently you didn't know about the copyright situation, you now must recognize the error of your ways and move on. learn from your mistakes, don't let them get your heart rate up.

I know the pic is not mine but he actually took my sig, which i put toghether, and he darkened out my name and put his own. I just thank you ddp for knowing that you would do something about it.

Do what ireland did, see the small "copyright" at the bottom?
Insert that into the pic, then go bitch to the mods at the other site saying you clearly have the copyright to that picture and request them to demand the other person take it down.
