IMEI: 352270015060604
Vodafone, UK
Did you check with IMEI: *#06# ,Firmware Version: *#0000# .
Nokia:1600
IMEI:352270015060604
Network:Vodafone
Country:UK
Is this correct?
If you know the risks, try this ONCE and ONLY ONCE and let us know if it works. You have only 3 to 5 tries and then it will be hard locked. After that you will need a cable thing-a-me-jiggy to unlock it. It will still work on your Network so no big loss.

Remove sim first, power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p) \
Press * 4 times fast for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times fast for (+) /
and the rest of the code---
IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.
Pay attention. You only heve about two seconds.
Note:If nothing happens. Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim. Before you do this, make sure the sim you use does NOT have a security PIN CODE. If it does, reset the security code to default 12345 with the original phone. Insert a non accepted SIM and turn it on. You will see "phone restricted", select the UNDO option, then enter the code in the restriction box and press ENTER.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code.STOP tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked. Used up all your free tries!!
DO let us know if this works.
Help us provide a better service.

Someone has been messing with the phone before you came to us.
The phone is hard locked. You can stick with Vodafone or take it to your local phone shop.
Your solution for a hardlocked phone.

linoran your phone is unlocked so that's great.
Try cleaning your SIM, Take it out, Blow on it or use a dry cloth and wipe the chip part on the back, gently! Leave the Battery out of the phone for 1 minute. Then boot your phone back on.
If that does not work. Try factory resetting your phone.
(if you need a security code visit http://www.unlockitfree.com/master.php )
Finally if you have found no solutions. Call Cingular Customer Services and tell them. They will either issue you with a new SIM or send you some service message settings that may help.
Best of Luck.
