Creating VIDEO_TS files.....

Does anyone know how I can create VIDEO_TS.IFO, VIDEO_TS.BUP and VTS_01_0.IFO files ?
Basically I have 3 files VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VOB and VTS_01_3.VOB but I am unable to burn them without the other 3 files. The 3 files I have work fine as I can play them through Nero but I just cant burn them through Nero as they are....
