uhh i have this thing that came with my mod chip a long time ago and you put it in the controller port and it lets you plug something in it via usb. i was wondering if there is an iTunes for xbox or something like that where i can plug my ipod in the usb/controller ort adapter and listen to music from my ipod through the xbox? and if not what is this for. why would you need a usb port.

Well say you have a 512 Mb jump drive, or whatever you can plug it into your Xbox and it will then format it. Then you can use it as a memory card. You can use XBMC and FTP your music onto your Xbox and listen to it like that also.
