How do I stop chapters being split when using Shrink?

I want to use Shrink to make copies on our hard drive and then convert them for the PSP. Is there a way that I can copy the main movie without it splitting the film into chapters.
I noticed the splitting when I went into PSP 9 and wanted to convert a certain film. WhenI used the browse tab to locate the copied film and opened it up it was stored as a number of different chapters.Is there a way of avoiding this and making them as one or can I somehow join them afterwards to make a seamless film?
I have used Decrypter before and it gives the option of "no file splitting" that works well. I don't want to have to use Decrypter every time with shrink if possible because of the exta time involved. Thanks

edit: nevermind, just read the part where you said that you used DVDD already. My bad.

BTW, why are you using Shrink? You should be able to go straight from DVDD to PSP Video 9.
