Does anyone use an external antenna on their car to help get better reception on their cell phone? I have the Nokia 6230 and was told Wilson doesn't make one for that model.

I drive 35 miles to work, 10 miles of which are a "dead zone" - wondering if these car antennas really work to boost reception, so I won't have a "dead zone" anymore??
