Emu Compilation Disc problem.

Hi,
I have compiled a disc of Genesis, Gameboy, SNES & NES games I like.
So I do as described, burn the dol in the main root and put the game files in their folders. I also added a dummy file of 1 Gb since the game files is only 300 Mb of space.
The problem is that my Cobra 1.2 BIOS tries to read the disc but stops since it doesn't seem to be able to find the track.
The media I'm using has worked before, any ideas why it doesn´t work?
I have followed the guide "Easy Guide to Playing SNES on the gamecube".

Problem solved. It actually was the media that was bad =S
