Panasonic DMR-E95H Prog Check & TV Guide Issues

I have a Panasonic DMR-E95H that is a little more than 2 years old. I used it in college, had some shows saved on the hard drive with the timers. When I moving out of my dorm room in May, I unplugged the recorder with the timer function on the screen, transported it back to my home, and never had to plug the unit back in till now. The problem I am having right now is that I can not access the ?Prog Check? screen along with the ?TV Guide? screen. Each time I turn on or off the unit, the time clock still remains on the screen. Is there a way I can access the screens and reconfigure my settings so I can reset all my show timers and access the TV Guide screen?
