I just received a code from you and it worked to take the restriction off and now with the sim card back in and the phone powered on it had no service at all so i powered it off and when i turned it back on it said restriction again. So i was just wondering if u know what this could be or how to resolve this because the restriction came on randomly one day.

I have no idea what phone you're speaking of but you may want to clean your sim off real good with a dry cotton cloth.
