Hi there

am new to networking with the ps2
i have
ps2 network adaptor , installed 60 gigz HD
games : burnout 3 , GT 4, SSX 3 , and more
this unit has THE worst laser ever :sometimes it takes 15boots to boot from the HD advance cd :(

now i got setup networking to work ( all tests were fine )
jumped to central station and got error :central station down
so did like the other guy did and registerd from my pc
with the number and all ... this went fine as well !
i can log on : it writes i have 44 dayz to write this pin number ...
so i hope i will get it anytime soon ...

so to my question :
i've tried to get online from within the games but i get error :
no hardware is connected , check your setting something ...

any idea why ?
is it becouse of the game istalled on the harddisk ?
do i need to get the pin before i can playon line ?
any solution
